Hubungan Mobilisasi Pada Ibu Post Partum Dengan Penyembuhan Luka Perineum Di Blud Rumah Sakit Ibu Dan Anak Pemerintah Aceh
According to Rustam (1998), in Dewi (2011) Indonesia was ranked top in the ASEAN countries as the country with the highest maternal mortality rate, one of the causes is infection and 25-55% of the cases is caused by infection of the birth canal that inhibit wound healing process. Giving a sense of comfort with gradual mobilization can help wound healing of the perineum due to good blood supply so the healing process can take place quickly (Boyle, 2008). This research uses Quasy-experimental design with Static Group Comparison design where the sample and population in this research is normal post partum mothers with perineum laceration in degree I and II. There are 20 correspondents that were chose through Purposive sampling techniques, where 10 respondents for the treatment group and the others for the control group. Data was collected through observation sheet. Furthermore, statistical tests are performed using the chi-square test. Post-partum mothers who mobilized and experienced perineum wound healing in the higher experimental group are 9 respondents (90%) and 1 respondent (10%) is not recovered. In the control group, only 3 respondents (30%) were recovered and 7 respondents (70%) were not. Statistical test results with the chi-square obtained p value of 0.020 or p
