Acid content in the juice drinks can cause tooth erosion, which is one cause of damage to the tooth structure and cause the loss of teeth due to violence chemical process that does not involve bacteria. Minimal erosion occurs in materials containing beverages a minimum pH of 4.2, but higher erosion rate at pH below 4. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of drink bottled lemon juice to changes in tooth enamel hardness based on the duration of time. This type of research is experimental laboratories. Number of samples in this study was 20 premolars were divided into 2 groups: a control group and a group that was soaked in lemon juice beverage packaging with duration 5, 10, 15 minutes. Violence before and after immersion was measured by Vicker hardness tester and the data were analyzed using Repeated Annova.
