Hospital of the Indonesian Red Crescent . The hospital provides services based on Islamic Aqeedah according to the situation in Aceh is already run sharia with the motto " fit for worship " . But there are still many weaknesses as perceived pasien.Pada authors conducted data collection beginning there were only 10 patients who were treated from 38 available beds , by the time they turned 7 authors interviewed people from stating their hospital care is no different than a hospital another , there is no difference in friendliness , courtesy , concern , responsibility and discipline officers in providing services to them , such namunpun 3 of the patients stated that they chose the hospital because there are nuances Islamic BSMI they get. Pudir BSMI also reported to have never socialized specifically how the application of Islamic nuance services to all officers . This study aimed to determine the effect of training to health care in the nuances of Islamic Red Crescent Hospital in Banda Aceh, Indonesia in 2012 . This study was designed to study quasi experiment through pre posttest design approach without controlling , throughout the entire study population was nurses who totaled 15 people with a total sample is sampling . Research before training was held on 27-30 October 2012 , training was held on 31 October to 1 November 2012, while the post- training studies have been carried out on 1-3 November 2012 . This analysis is used to test the hypothesis by determining the effect of independent variables with the dependent variable through parametric statistical test simple linear regression .The results obtained prior to training p value of 0.008 , this means showing no relationship prior to training with Islamic berunasa services . Value of r = 0.619 , while the determinant coefficient is 0.383 . the post- training research obtained p value 0.003 , this means showing no association after training with Islamic nuance services . Value of r = 0.657 . While the determinant co fficient is 0.432 From the results of the study concluded that there are significant training with Islamic nuance services at the Red Crescent Hospital B.Aceh Indonesia in 2012 . To the management of the hospital to continue to promote the concept of Islamic nuance services to all employees in order to improve care and public health .
