Analisis Keluhan Nyeri Punggung Bawah Pada Penjahit Di Kecamatan Kuta Malaka Kabupaten Aceh Besar

Low back pain is felt may cause the patient to experience functional limitations, many lost working hours and lower labor productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of attitude sit, Chair Work, Work Desk, Work and long (duration) with complaints of lower back pain in Kuta Kacamatan tailors in Malacca, Aceh Besar district. This type of research is descriptive analytic cross sectional study population was all the tailors in Kuta Malacca which amounted to 37 and the samples were taken in total population. The data collection was carried out on 18 to 25 June 2012 with the interview using a questionnaire and a check list. Data was analyzed by univariate and bivariate analysis through chi-square statistical test with significance level (?) = 0.05. The results were obtained from 37 respondents 64.9% of low back pain, posture 56.8% less good, work chair that does not fit 73%, which is not appropriate workbench 83.8%, and the work that is not appropriate urasi 83.8 %. While the bivariate test results showed that the variables that are related to low back pain is sitting posture (p = 0.007), office chair (p = 0.001), and a work table (p = 0.014). Variables that do not have a relationship with low back pain are working long (duration) (p = 0.072). Keywords: Low back pain, sitting attitude and tailors
