Analisis Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Kejadian Tuberculosis (TBC) Paru Di Balai Kesehatan Paru Masyarakat Banda Aceh Tahun 2013
Pulmonary Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis, there are several factors associated with the risk of tuberculosis incidence among others: Age, Gender, Education, work environment, knowledge, socio-economic, environmental and density in the family home. Data on Lung Health Center Community (BKPM) Banda Aceh found that in 2012 the number of patients with suspected pulmonary tuberculosis amounted to 545 cases and 155 cases with a positive TB Incidence Rate (28.4%). While data from January to April 2013 patients with suspected pulmonary tuberculosis reaches 247 positive and suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis has reached 56 people with Incident Rate (22.6%). This study aims to determine the analysis of factors associated with pulmonary tuberculosis in BKPM Banda Aceh in 2013. The study design was observational analytic with case control approach. The population in this study were patients with pulmonary tuberculosis as a group suspected TB cases and patients who visited Banda Aceh BKPM as the control group with the number of 124 persons (62 cases and 62 controls). Data was collected by interview and observation and then the data were analyzed with statistical Chis-square test and multiple logistic regression prediction model. The results showed There is a relationship Age (p-value 0.047), There is a relationship of Education (p-value 0.019), There is a residential density relationship (p-value 0.013), There is a correlation knowledge (p-value 0.007), There is a link in the home environment ( p-value 0.004), There is no relationship sexes (p-value 1.000), no job history relationship (p-value 0.717), No Socio-economic relationship with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in BKPM B. Aceh in 2013 by the (p- value 0.203). The most important risk factors associated with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis were age (OR-Adjusted 35.8). So it is suggested to the community that the productive age at the time of the activity taking into account adequate rest periods, necessary understanding of the family in order to avoid sleeping with many family members in the narrow room, Need to increase public knowledge about TB, especially risk factors and how to prevent and ventilation home to be made open, the windows also open house during the day as well as a pretty good lighting and lighting sunlight to electricity.
