Survey of Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja Indonesia (SKRRI) in 2011, teenagers claimed to have friends who have ever had sexual intercourse before marriage age of 14-19 years (34.7% female, male (30.9%). Data were Ministry of Health in four major cities (Medan, Jakarta, Bandung and Surabaya) in 2011 showed that 35.9% of teens have a friend who has never had sex before marriage and 6.9% of respondents had engaged in premarital sex. Knowing the influence of peer counseling on reproductive health and changes in adolescent premarital sexual attitudes disabiloitas in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar. This type of research is a quasi-experimental (quasi experiment). The design used a pretest-posttest was nonrandomized control group design. The number of samples in this study for each treatment group (YPAC Aceh Besar) and control group (BUKESRA Banda Aceh) were 15 respondents. The sampling technique was conducted by purposive sampling. Analysis of data using paired t-test and independent t-test.
