ASI is essential for optimal growth and development both physically and mentally and infant intelligence. ASI can reduce the risk of infant mortality. ASI can be the growing of the age of about six months. Growth be run with ASI Exclusive as gross motor skills, speech and language and social skills. Low ASI Exclusive be threat to a child's development. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship ASI Exclusive with infant motor development 7-12 months old. This study was conducted on 24 to August 30, 2014 at the Puskesmas Darul Imarah Kabupaten Aceh Besar. This study used a cross-sectional design with a sample of 120 infants aged 7-12 months and using Chi-Square analyzed .
