ABSTRACT

Background : The benefits od brestfeeding are very large but not all mothers can breastfeeding their babies because various factors can inhibit breastfeeding, one of which is insufficien milk production caused by the use of injectabke contraception, the most widely used contraception byactive family planning participants is injection (47,54%) and there are some mothers who change contraception because they feel unsuitable (substandard breast milk) while using contraception.
The Purpose : of this research is to review several related articles the effect of the use of progestin injection contraceptive on the smoothness of breast milk.
The Research : the research method used a literature study that used 10 articles as literature related ti the effect to using progestin injectable contraceptive on the smoothess of brestfeeding obtained from google shoclar and pudmed.
The Results : the results of the study found that the effect of injecting contraception progestants for smooth breastfeeding
Conclusion and suggestions : for the effect of using progestin injecting contraception on breast milk succulents it is hoped that health workers will improve contraception coupling and its impact on ASE rats and raise the level of care that has been carried out with a more monthly tap program on talons.
